Yes, we work with your insurance.
We're in network with GEHA, Premera Blue Cross and many other plans, all listed below. With other plans, including Delta Dental, many out-of-network benefits are excellent, and we file the claim either way.
Insurance we're in network with
We're in network with GEHA, Premera Blue Cross and many other plans. For details about your plan's coverage, please call us.
Out of network, but they pay in full
We aren't contracted with these plans, but on the claims we've filed since April 2026 they paid their benefits on our full fee. For patients on these plans, being out of network has made little or no difference.
- Delta Dental of Georgia
- Delta Dental of Missouri
- Delta Dental of New York
- HMA (Healthcare Management Administrators)
- Samish Indian Nation
- UMR
- WPAS (Welfare & Pension Administration Service)
This isn't a guarantee. Your own plan's coverage, deductible and yearly maximum still apply, and plans change. We check your benefits before your visit and tell you what to expect.
We do the homework before your visit
Before every visit, including your very first, we collect your benefit information, your records release, and your records from previous offices when they're available. That lets us be upfront about every cost, from the exam to any treatment, and it saves you money: x-rays we can get from your last office are x-rays we don't need to take again.
All of it starts with the online forms.

Out of network, explained
We're not a contracted Delta Dental provider, but that matters less than it sounds. Many Delta plans have excellent out-of-network benefits, and for patients on those plans a visit here costs about the same as anywhere else. Coverage varies from plan to plan, so we check yours before your visit and tell you what to expect.
We stand behind our estimates
We research your benefits before we give you a treatment plan, and we stand behind our estimates. If your insurance pays less than we told you because of something we should have caught, we take care of the difference. If it's because of something we couldn't have known, like a plan that lapsed or information that changed, the balance is yours.
Your estimate comes from real research into your plan, but the insurance company has the final say on what it pays, and sometimes the number moves. We ask that any balance be paid within 60 days, whether or not insurance has paid yet. We keep working the claim after that and make sure everyone ends up square, refunding you if insurance pays more.
Care that fits your life
Your teeth are one part of a much bigger life, and we plan with that in mind. If cost or timing is a concern, tell us. We can take care of what needs attention now and stage the rest, making the most of your insurance benefits.
We don't offer in-house financing. We do accept CareCredit, and if you don't have insurance, the Sound Dental Plan is $579 a year.
Common questions
My insurance changed. What do I do?
Text a photo of the front and back of your new card to (360) 293-8421. That's the best way. We'll check your benefits before you arrive so there are no surprises at checkout. If your coverage ended, tell us: we'll re-estimate your visit at our base fees, and if you'll be without insurance for a while, ask about the Sound Dental Plan.
Do you take my insurance?
Yes, we work with your insurance. We're in network with GEHA, Premera Blue Cross and many other plans (see the list). With other plans, including Delta Dental, we're out of network. Many of those plans have strong out-of-network benefits, and we file the claim for you either way.
Will you file my insurance claim?
Yes. We file the claim for you, in network or out. Before any significant treatment we check your specific plan and give you a written estimate.
